Dimming – convenient and efficient

By dimming the lights you can reduce energy costs since the lamps are supplied only with the power that is actually needed. Conventional transformers have to be operated with leading-edge phase dimmers for inductive loads. Electronic transformers however mostly need trailing-edge phase dimmers. The electronic HALOTRONIC MOUSE transformer is an exception; it can also be dimmed with a leading-edge phase dimmer for inductive loads.
